Experience the power of Indian Railways as a heavy gas tanker freight train departs from Palakkad Junction towards Ernakulam, led by the mighty EF12K twin-unit locomotive (65059A/65059B).
The EF12K is the newest workhorse of Indian Railways, developed by Chittaranjan Locomotive Works (CLW) and designed to deliver 12,000 horsepower (HP). It is a next-generation freight locomotive based on the legendary WAG-9 platform, but specially adapted for Indian conditions.
