Why Is Water Flowing Out of Indian Railways LHB Coach Onto the Platform? 🚆💧
Why is water flowing out of an Indian Railways LHB coach directly onto the railway platform? Captured live at Palakkad Jn station, this sight raises serious questions about maintenance and passenger facilities in modern coaches.

The LHB (Linke Hofmann Busch) coaches, introduced to replace older ICF coaches, are known for better safety, comfort, and speed. But here we see water gushing out of the coach, creating a mini flood on the platform. While it might be routine waste water discharge from toilets or sinks, the timing and location — right when passengers are boarding and deboarding — show a lack of proper drainage systems and poor management practices.
